A basement turned vacation rental. We removed a wall and added a full galley kitchen. I built this entire project off of the wallpaper. The lower cabinet colour is pulled from the wallpaper, the uppers are white to help the space feel larger. I wanted a white backsplash with a vertical lay to give it a more modern feel. The floating shelves make it easier for guests. We added a fireplace as basements tend to be much colder. Now it's a cozy, cute space.
