This project was guided by a shared commitment to planet-conscious living and respect for the home's original character. Cork flooring in the kitchen and hardwood throughout bring warmth and sustainability, while the existing cedar tongue and groove ceilings and wood details were intentionally preserved and integrated into the design. 

The result is a space that feels grounded, warm, and quietly refreshed - a thoughtful blend of modern updates with a subtle country influence.
